Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the excessive wait times and the lack of communication during your visit. We understand how frustrating it is to make an appointment expecting a 1.5-hour oil change, only to wait 30 minutes just to check in, then be given a longer estimate and ultimately wait another three hours. We are especially disappointed to hear that the inspection was not completed, as that was the primary reason you brought your vehicle to us. If a requested service cannot be completed, you should be informed before leaving the dealership rather than discovering it afterward. Your concerns regarding appointment scheduling, wait times, and communication are important, and we will share this feedback with our service management team. We are sorry we did not provide the efficient, well-organized experience you expected and deserved.
