The service center is over-priced, even by dealer standards. I was quoted $1400 for a tow package and install and then charged $1700 before tax. I have done this on previous cars myself and even with inexperience, it was 4 hours of labor. It would be nice if they at least ran your car through their on-site car wash if they are going to run the price up to much. On the positive, the staff is friendly on the service side (not sales, they were rude and did not listen to what I wanted as the customer) and they are always willing to get my car in right away, even when I show up for my appointments a bit early because I need to hop on work calls. More

Felt what I was told didn't happen when it came to financing everything when I got there changed. I was told the entire time I should expect an interest rate of 5% to later sit down and find out it wa financing everything when I got there changed. I was told the entire time I should expect an interest rate of 5% to later sit down and find out it was 5.8% additionally I was told you get a grace period of 14 days with insurance but finance said that's only true if you trade something in. I felt I was nickel and dimed on the way out. I have purchased 2 brand new cars in the past 4 years and likely will do it different next time More

Everything was excellent except the dealership only uses Experion for credit checks. I unfroze Equifax, but it took 3 hours to unfreeze experion and was a very frustrating experience. Why can't a dealership Experion for credit checks. I unfroze Equifax, but it took 3 hours to unfreeze experion and was a very frustrating experience. Why can't a dealership use any of the 3 credit reporting agencies? I finally got Experion unfrozen. We came close to not being able to buy the car. More
