I had an issue with my tires after having just replaced them the week before. Initially there wasn't much that could be done since managers were not onsite on Saturday. Pablo took initiative to follow up. them the week before. Initially there wasn't much that could be done since managers were not onsite on Saturday. Pablo took initiative to follow up. Was able to resolve the issue and work out a good fix for the replacement tire. He also took the time to find answers to a couple of my questions. He could not resolve but provided the phone number to contact.He also went to my vehicle and helped to see if I could use the on screen info in future. It was a tough and unclear situation. I walked away feeling heard and that he went the extra mile personally and on behalf of Toyota. It turned was was feeling negative into a positive. More
