Found a great used F-150 off the bargain lot but was treated like I was buying new! Even fixed a faulty tire pressure gauge before I drove it off the lot. Brandon was professional. One thing we did not appreciate was starting with one person and then being moved from that one to another and then to another. We also did not at all appreciate not bei appreciate was starting with one person and then being moved from that one to another and then to another. We also did not at all appreciate not being told how long we would have to wait to meet with the person to sign purchase papers. There was evidently a couple in with your finance person - they were in there forever. When I asked about the wait time, I was told yet another 45 minutes - and that didn't happen. We finally asked if we could make an appointment for Saturday morning - very surprised that that wasn't provided or offered as an option. We wasted - yes wasted - a great deal of our valuable time - sitting in your front room - waiting. Not good customer service. So while Brandon was nice, we did not appreciate the wait at all. Yes, I have high expectations but when you're spending $46,000+ - I would expect better and faster service than we received. Not so happy with this. More
