Fast and Smooth Paige was extremely helpful and got things done as fast as she possibly could.. Paige was great but was very busy and must have been overwhelmed. I was approved for a F150. Signed the contract with Levi. And 5-6 days later I get a phone call stating that lender backed out due to my overwhelmed. I was approved for a F150. Signed the contract with Levi. And 5-6 days later I get a phone call stating that lender backed out due to my hours being reduced because of the virus. Which is only temporary and only lasted 2 weeks. Very frustrated!! Which I stated when I was there but was obviously not told to the lender.She is trying to do what she can to figure it out. But my belief is I would not be in this predicament if she would have had help that day and was able to listen and focus on one purchase at a time instead of 4 More

I went in with doubt that I would be able to trade in my mustang due to its negative equity. Hudson Ford gave me $3,000 over the other dealership I had it apprised at. I’ve bought 3 vehicles from them in the last year and half. Each time was without a doubt, the least stressful and easy way of buying a car. Two have been used and one brand new. Even the used vehicles w half. Each time was without a doubt, the least stressful and easy way of buying a car. Two have been used and one brand new. Even the used vehicles were treated as if they were brand new and the inspections they do on them are very detailed. Nothing leaves the lot unless it’s in top notch order. I go out of my way to use their service department any chance I get. Their advisors are eager to assist and troubleshoot. They go as far as to try and eliminate any possibilities even before to check in your vehicle and pay someone to find out it was something simple. If you are in need of a new or used car, or just service on any FoMoCo product, I’d highly recommend this dealer. More
