Paige was great but was very busy and must have been overwhelmed. I was approved for a F150. Signed the contract with Levi. And 5-6 days later I get a phone call stating that lender backed out due to my overwhelmed. I was approved for a F150. Signed the contract with Levi. And 5-6 days later I get a phone call stating that lender backed out due to my hours being reduced because of the virus. Which is only temporary and only lasted 2 weeks. Very frustrated!! Which I stated when I was there but was obviously not told to the lender.She is trying to do what she can to figure it out. But my belief is I would not be in this predicament if she would have had help that day and was able to listen and focus on one purchase at a time instead of 4 More

I go out of my way to use their service department any chance I get. Their advisors are eager to assist and troubleshoot. They go as far as to try and eliminate any possibilities even before to check in your vehicle and pay someone to find out it was something simple.
