I want to like Hudson Ford. I really do. It would be so convenient to go here. I received a quote online for a part ($159) and service ($192). I couldn't find them on the Ford A I really do. It would be so convenient to go here. I received a quote online for a part ($159) and service ($192). I couldn't find them on the Ford Accessories site though. So, instead I called them directly and ordered the part and scheduled the service. The day of service, they wanted to charge the same for the part ($159), but $535.85 + shop fees for the service. How is that much of a difference in price even legitimate?? It would have been almost 3 times the cost! I brought this to their attention and the response was, "That's the price". Well, I guess I know better now. I ended up just rejecting the quote and I'm gong to go through the accessories site. Will try to get booked to a closer enough shop in Minnesota. More

I traded my 2018 F150 for a new 2021 model. The entire process was smooth and easy. Everyone involved worked to ensure all my needs were met. I couldn’t ask for more. I can't say enough about our experience at Hudson Ford. We bought our car Aug, 2018 and I decided today (8/31/21) to write a review. I never write reviews but this dealership is worth taking a moment to We bought our car Aug, 2018 and I decided today (8/31/21) to write a review. I never write reviews but this dealership is worth taking a moment to do so...even though it's been 3 years since our purchase. We bought a Honda Pilot at a time when our finances were really tight and were just starting to build up our credit after a difficult time and the financial assistance we received was tremendous. They turned over every stone to find a loan offer that we could afford. Real advocates! And the sales and service team was equally awesome. Apparently in WI it's required by the DOT to bring every car up to specs on the manufacturers recommendations as a prerequisite and these guys did that AND MORE. Seriously, they added in a few extras while they made the appropriate upgrades. Ultimately, the invested about $4500 into our car (which is a 2006, hence the upgrades) and 3 years later, we couldn't be happier. I'm getting no compensation, I've got no hidden agenda, I'm just sharing this because I have purchased cars at so many dealerships over the years that I wish someone would've pointed me to these guys decades ago. More
