Super service from both Cierra and repeat service from Vicki. Having bought a new car 2 years ago and now returning for a truck I’m not fond of the service department’s policy to not make appointments for Vicki. Having bought a new car 2 years ago and now returning for a truck I’m not fond of the service department’s policy to not make appointments for oil changes. If not for Cierra’s and Vicki’s assisting us with that it would have greatly influenced this purchase. Also when asking about the price of the truck a price was quoted as at sat on the lot. When it came to finalizing the sale there was a charge for some safety braking light they added. Looks to me like we were charged twice for the aftermarket add on. Once on the lot and again at closing. Other than these two things they made the sale pleasant. More
