The vehicle was completed in a timely manner, sparkling clean and at a fair price. The waiting area was nicely serviced with refreshments, reading material and cable and internet service. The service writer kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle maintenance visit, even though it was not a long wait. I feel confident in the service and staff and highly recommend this dealership and personnel for anyone's automobile needs. More

Service Visit I took my car in for normal maintenance on April 15th. I was immediately greeted by John who is always so professional and pleasant. He takes the time to talk and find out if everthing is going ok with the car. He is very personable and shows a very genuine interest in his customers. While I was in John's office, Pam came in to say hello. I always feels like I am held in high regard when visiting Circle Infiniti. A week after my visit, my car suffered a computer malfunction which caused the engine not to shut off. I called and spoke to John who told me to bring the car in and they would take care of me. I was given a beautiful new loaner car that I had for 3 days while my car was being fixed. During that time John would call me with updates. John and Pam provide the highest level of customer service and because of them, I will only buy cars at Circle Infiniti. More

I bought an Infiniti from Circle Infiniti and in the past 12 months it has been riddled with problems that were (1) not identified at the initial visit requiring additional visits and inconvenience; (2) work 12 months it has been riddled with problems that were (1) not identified at the initial visit requiring additional visits and inconvenience; (2) work, when done, is never done promptly and required an overnight stay of the car ; (3) service has been so bad with so many issues much of the work has been done either at a deeply discounted level or free but that does not make up for an expensive car that is spending significant time in a service shop (4) excuses are continually given as to why there is an issue-- usually that it only has 50,000 miles. I will definitely not replace my Infiniti with another Infiniti. More
