Irwin has a personality that is as down to Earth and easy going as possible. As a matter of fact, no one in the dealership is pitching or pushy. I always take my Infinitis to the service department and have been nothing but completely satisfied with them too. Pam, Todd and John are very friendly and understand that time is precious. The GM, David DeFilipo is very nice and makes himself available to you if you have any questions or concerns. I truly and completely happy at Circle and obviously I LOVE the cars! Came into the service department because my car was havig an issue. Pam helped immensely. She is an excellent advisor. Excellent team here at circle Infiniti. I met Tony Marino a long time ago and I always stuck with him. Very honest and a straight shooter no nonsense when tryin to make a deal. Tony put me with Andy Gagliardi for my second Infiniti purchase who has taken care of me just like tony as I was family. Which is why I return as much thanks as I can to them with many new sales. I will continue to refer as many people as I can to them. As far as the service department. Very solid team here as well. I deal with Frank, Mike, Pam and Anne. They all take great care of me.
