I was looking for a small to mid-sized SUV, and the team at Fair Oaks was great. Pam H was especially helpful. She showed me both Ford and Lincoln models, helped me understand the differences, took me on several test drives, and communicated very well with me throughout the week as I thought about what I wanted and continued to shop. Matt in the finance office was friendly and helpful, gave me the information I wanted, and didn't try to push me into anything I didn't need.
