It started with Craig Holsman and I emailing back and forth about a specific car I was looking for. All responses were prompt, courteous, and very professional. The car that I wanted was in another state and within a day the car had arrived in Naperville. Pam Hammersmith helped me from there because of my late work hours. She was very accommodating to my needs, very nice and thorough during the whole process, all the while Craig continued to communicate with me thru email, asking how the process was going. I have almost always bought Ford's exclusively, and have been to my fair share of Ford dealerships. That said, while overall my experiences have been good, I have experienced more upselling pressure from salesman than I should have. There was very little of that at Fair Oaks Ford. There was no less willingness to accommodate me regardless of what I did or didn't want extra with the car. For a quick, no-nonsense and enjoyable car buying experience, I highly recommend Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville. More

I worked with Pam Hammersmith, who was very patient with me, knowing I was going to be a tough one to please! My husband and I suddenly switched gears and decided to look at a new vehicle. Pam took the time to explain and compare in detail the difference between leasing vs purchasing, both of which we began to consider. We had MANY questions, and she was able to provide all the answers. As it turned, out we now own (In time! Great financing) a 2015 MKC and love it. There were benefits to either situation, but we decided on the one that was ultimately best for us in the long run. The entire staff that we worked was very helpful, and never once did we feel any pressure. We did our research and we received a great price without having to haggle.
