It was my first time buy I purchased a brand new 2015 Ford Escape Titanium yesterday from Pam at Fair Oaks Ford and had the most wonderful experience! It was my first time buying a brand new car on my own, and she was so great to work with (as was everyone else there). She had the answers to all my questions, walked me through everything - even set up my iPhone to synch to my Escape's system! When I went in today to drop off the final check, she was able to answer any other questions I'd thought of overnight.
