We felt we were treated as family. None of the associates are pushy and made sure my husband and I were completely satisfied. He found my car at another dealer and as another reviewer said, my car was in pristine, showroom condition. Craig had Pam Hammersmith program the My Ford Touch features so everything was working and I knew how to work everything before I drove off the lot. Usually, I hate the rest of the process but Robert and John made it a pleasure! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone needing a new or used car. I will be back! More
