Pat Baker-2015 Escape Was looking to replace my 2009 Escape because of an accident. I had gone on TrueCar.com put in my requirements and within about 20 minutes I received Was looking to replace my 2009 Escape because of an accident. I had gone on TrueCar.com put in my requirements and within about 20 minutes I received an email and phone call from Craig asking my preferences, inviting us to come for a test drive and such. All this was happening during the week of Christmas. Went in for the test drive and Craig was with someone so Pam arranged to have an Escape pulled up for us to drive. Craig checked to make sure we were being helped. Drove the car and I loved it. Talked with Craig afterwards about price, financing, and he found our color. Went back a few days later to pick up the car. Brandon was wonderful explaining all the technology and said if I need more help (I am not very adept with technology) come in any time. I am terrible with names but everyone we met made sure we were being helped, asking if we needed anything. I would definitely purchase any future vehicles from them. More
