As soon as I walked into the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Pam. She was extremely friendly and very helpful. My last experience on leasing our new MKX was seamless. Originally Jeremy Bloom gave me all sorts of information whether buying or leasing is a better deal. I brought my wife back a couple weeks later & Jeremy was not there so Pam Hammersmith assisted us by showing us a few cars & searched & found us our New MKX!! She also helped expedite getting our car so we could maximize discounts before the end of the month. Two days later we took possession & Jeremy delivered & explained all its features. It was really nice that Jeremy & Pam could work in concert to make our new car experience excellent!! More

I searched around a lot during my car buying process to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and for the right price, and I kept coming back to Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln in Naperville. I worked with make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and for the right price, and I kept coming back to Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln in Naperville. I worked with both Pam and Rod at the dealership. From the very beginning I did not feel rushed or pressured to make quick decisions. This was my first time ever purchasing a car so it was very important to me that I was comfortable with the price and service from the dealership. Both Pam and Rod were very knowledgable in explaining the available features in the 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid that I was buying, and VERY patient in working with me on price. They even searched their database for a Ford dealership nearby that offered the exact features I wanted included on the Ford Fusion Hybrid and brought in that car for me. During my car search I visited many dealerships but none that compared to the great service at Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln. The experience was easy, the car is AMAZING, and the service was top-notch! I would definitely recommend this dealership, and both Pam and Rod- they're great! More

The facility is well organized, clean, modern, and well appointed. The customer waiting area is functional and beautiful. But above all, the selection of vehicles, the knowledge and professionalism of the appointed. The customer waiting area is functional and beautiful. We quickly found a vehicle that had everything we wanted at a reasonable price. We had the pleasure of working with Pam Hammersmith. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable and spent time to ensure we comfortable with the vehicle and the entire purchasing process. Within approximately 2-1/2 hours we were out the door with our new 2014 Ford Focus! I would highly recommend Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln for your next vehicle! More

I have been driving a Ford 2001 Econoline for the past 13 years. It lasted because of the excellent service and honest, straight forward advise I received from Fair Oaks Ford/Lincoln service department. One years. One of the best service person I have ever worked with was a gentlemen by the name of Wayne Miller. His straight forward, honest and friendly approach kept me coming back knowing I was getting the best service possible. When he told me that the Van was starting to have serious problems, I new I had to start looking for a new car that would fit our family of 6 (and 3 dogs). In the past, I have bought several cars from Pam Hammersmith at Fair Oaks. She is extremely knowledgeable about Ford and Lincoln products. She is personable, no pressure, honest and spent several hours with me making sure I new everything about the cars I was looking at. Even though I have had a great relationship with Fair Oaks Ford/Lincoln, I owed it to myself to look at other dealerships. I looked at Audi, BMW, Lexus, Acura, Mazda, Buick, GMC, Cadillac and other Ford Dealerships. Since I am 6'-4", it is a challenge finding cars that are comfortable and roomy for others when I have my seat all the way back. After test driving and ruling out a number of choices, it was between Ford/Lincoln and Cadillac. Cadillac was the only other dealership that actually gave me the time of day and no pressure. I saved Ford for last. Cadillac was very tempting but I would have to make sacrifices. I went back to Fair Oaks Ford/Lincoln. Pam's service, knowledge and the willingness to make sure I explored all choices was far more superior compared to all other dealerships I visited. She went so far as to make sure I test drove all cars I was interested in and comparing the measurements between cars to make sure I had the most room! Also, Wayne Miller kept checking with me to answer any questions I might have on the car's performance and repair record. He also told me what car engines I should stay away from that had a few issues with in the past year. I have never had that level of service before. After all the reading, test driving and the research on line, my wife and I decided on the 2014 Ford Flex. Since Fair Oaks did not have the vehicle I was looking for, they found it and had it back at their dealership within a day even though it was in another state, several hours away. Unfortunately my family and I were leaving the next day for a long weekend and could not pick up the car till after Christmas. Pam called me to even say she was sorry not to have the car in time for our trip. Could you believe that! It only took them a day to get and she was calling me to say she was sorry! That personable touch reinforced that I made the right decision to buy it from Fair Oaks Ford. The service didn't stop there. I then received calls and texts from Robert Wojtan to let me know the progress they were making with the extras I wanted that the dealership was suppling. Even though he was off, Robert still kept in touch with me. That goes above and beyond the call. When we came in to pick up the car the day after Christmas, it was ready to go. Everyone was very hospitable, caring and thoughtful. Even Wayne Miller came over to make sure I was satisfied. Usually I do not write reviews, although, I wanted to make sure everyone new about the experience we had at Fair Oaks Ford/Lincoln. Thank you to all that helped us there and I am sure anyone reading this would be doing a disservice to themselves if you do not consider stopping by Fair Oaks for the best service possible. More

I have never had such an easy, fast, and enjoyable car buying experience! From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed and valued. Pam H., my salesperson, took great care of me, answered every question, and made sure that I left satisfied. As a woman, I didn't feel that they tried to take advantage of me. They definitely made their sales pitches, and they are good at selling, but it wasn't high pressure or uncomfortable. I drove off in my dream car with terms that I am satisfied with. I couldn't be happier. I look forward to a long relationship with Fair Oaks and I recommend them to anyone looking for a great car. More
