Long day at work, and Alan Webb Chevrolet's team made it eas I had a long day at work and was too tired to know what was going on. Pamela Heuett went above and beyond in taking care of my needs. The dealer told me immediately what had happened, apologized and ordered replacement parts and arranged a loaner vehicle for my use while the repairs were being done to my car. Since I purchased the car, I have always taken it to the Alan Webb Chevy dealer to be serviced and I will continue to do so. The staff is very friendly and courteous. More
