The reason I have given this rating is the attention I received while shopping for a car for my daughter. The sales associate, Pam Thompson, made sure that I was her only concern while I was there. No cell phones or electronic devices were answered or played with while I was explaining my needs. My daughter, who came later while I was not there, was also treated with the same importance. Its nice to be treated this way in this day and time. More

I was nervous about buying a car at a dealership in Fort Smith. I was afraid I couldn't find one I would feel comfortable with. I've had some dealings with one Fort Smith dealership already with my previous Smith. I was afraid I couldn't find one I would feel comfortable with. I've had some dealings with one Fort Smith dealership already with my previous car, which wasn't good at all. All purchases I've made in the past have been through a family friend's dealership in Poteau, OK. I was afraid I wouldn't find a salesman or a dealership I could feel comfortable with and trust what they would say about a car I was interested in. I wanted to find someone that would shoot straight from the hip, so to speak, and tell me what's what. I was able to find this at Harry Robinson. My salesman, Pam Thompson, was absolutely amazing! She was extremely warm and inviting, which definitely helped ease my fears and concerns about a purchasing a new car. She was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. Whatever questions I had, she was able to answer or find out the answer very quickly. All the employees at the dealership were the same way. They were all very warm and inviting. Because of the awesome experience I had at Harry Robinson, I am a proud owner of a new 2013 Buick Enclave. Pam was very instrumental in my purchase. She has contacted me after my purchase to see how I like my car and has stressed that I can call her anytime I have any questions/concerns about the car. She has made me feel that I am now a valued member of the Harry Robinson family and that they will continue to make sure I am a happy part of that family. I can honestly say, I will definitely be a repeat customer of Harry Robinson! More
