I called up and spoke to Pepe (Paola) when I came in to meet with her she exceeded all my expectations she wasn’t pushy at all listened to my needs and how I expected the experience to go, I told her what meet with her she exceeded all my expectations she wasn’t pushy at all listened to my needs and how I expected the experience to go, I told her what my monthly budget was the truck I was interested in and how much I could and couldn’t put down. The beautiful thing is she didn’t try to push for more down like all other dealers do right off the bat. I told her I’m rebuilding my credit and may need a co-signer and had one lined up, she had finance check my credit and it came back with the exact monthly I asked for the down I wanted which was either zero or $1000, I chose to do $1000, AND I didn’t need a co-signer. As I’m rebuilding my credit I expected 18% APY or higher but was able to get 10% through a local credit union. I was blown away. Blade Chevrolet truly has my business for life, the truck was priced roughly $10 to $15 thousand less than if I had bought locally where I live in eastern Washington. Thanks blade and Pepe for an amazing thanksgiving present to myself I love you guys. Oh and KARR vehicle security which is like LoJack comes standard in all their vehicles which is a freaking amazing add on. More
