Even when he is busy or the phones are ringing off the line, I never feel as though he rushes my questions, or forces me to purchase something that my car does not need in the moment. He has helped us maintain two Honda vehicles in our 10-year time here in San Antonio. Others may say that the dealer is more expensive for service, but as a military familu with a spouse who is often deployed, I believe that working with Parish Malone and Gunn Honda has ensured that our car is safe for our family and for our children on the busy Texas roads. Fast and incredibly professional service I have visited Gunn's vehicle service a couple of times for routine engine diagnostics, and I was pleased each time. I was met by the Alexis, the expr I have visited Gunn's vehicle service a couple of times for routine engine diagnostics, and I was pleased each time. I was met by the Alexis, the express service advisor, who very quickly sent my vehicles off for diagnostics and sent me into the waiting room. The waiting room offered free coffee, krispy kreme donuts, wifi, tv, and a shuttle service to any part of San Antonio. My vehicle's miles were slightly out of warranty period but the dealership arranged almost free repair because the engine diagnostics light came up much earlier. This was a fine experience and I will take my Hondas for service at Gunn again in future. More

Mold in ac I contacted Honda to explain my concerns of mold in my ac system and I am unable to drive in car due to getting blurry vision , headaches and hand swe I contacted Honda to explain my concerns of mold in my ac system and I am unable to drive in car due to getting blurry vision , headaches and hand swelling from the mold. I have done testing on the car and it shows mold associated from water damage . I have a medical condition and unable to be exposed to water damage mold . Honda asked me to take car to dealership to be looked at. I left the car and was called within an hour that my car was inspected and no issues. No air testing was done on my vehicle . I am very disappointed with Honda and plan to sue Honda for this concern . My health is at risk due to there some issue with mold in my car. Sales advisor seeemed busy and didn’t even allow me time to explain my concerns with the vehicle. More
