Not only did LBK give me the lowest price, but they had a seemingly nice group of individuals working the night I was there as well. I got a lease on a car for $30-$100/month cheaper than what any of the local comp/co-petitors offered, for a price I was told was impossible. Last, but not least, I have to single out Pat Chiero, my salesperson; he was great. He's a friendly, intelligent, and relaxed guy. I felt like he was on my side throughout the entire experience. I've been looking at other Kia dealerships for the last year but found the folks I wa Everyone knows that buying a car is a time consuming nightmare. I've been looking at other Kia dealerships for the last year but found the folks I was dealing with very frustrating and didn't respect my time. After going through the lot at Kia Bloomington, I finally spoke with someone and was pleased with how efficient everyone was and extremely respectful of my time. Within 2 days and about 90 minutes of my time overall, I walked out with a new Optima and couldn't be more pleased. Everyone down to the finance department was kind, efficient, flexible and went above and beyond to get what I wanted. They even delivered the car to my house! Now that's customer service! I will be back for sure and without a doubt recommend Luther Kia in Bloomington. Hands down the best experience I've had in buying a car. Thank you! More

I don't normally write reviews, but I was really impressed with my experience at Luther Kia of Bloomington and wanted to put in a good word. My daughter was looking for a used car but was away at s impressed with my experience at Luther Kia of Bloomington and wanted to put in a good word. My daughter was looking for a used car but was away at school so I was "selected" to help. We narrowed down the search to a used car at Luther Kia of Bloomington. Pat Chiero helped me from the evening I test drove the car to the day I picked it up. Pat was helpful and knowledgable -- not pushy at all. On the first evening I was at the dealership, Dan, the General Sales Manager, introduced himself to me and proceeded to help me address some logistics regarding getting the car checked out by my mechanic. Dan and Pat couldn't have been more accommodating. We worked through a few details and my daughter decided to buy the car. I found everyone at the dealership very pleasant to work with. I appreciate how easy they made things for me. I would return to the dealership the next time I needed a car . . . and I wouldn't say that about many dealerships! Happy car shopping! More

I came in for a free turkey certificate and I ended up with a new KIA Sorento, much to my surprise. When I walked in the door, there was Pat to greet me. I knew Pat from the Chevy dealer across the road with a new KIA Sorento, much to my surprise. When I walked in the door, there was Pat to greet me. I knew Pat from the Chevy dealer across the road. So, Pat and I talked and renewed a friendship. Pat helped my husband and I to pick out a great new KIA to lease. We especially love the bun warmers in this wonderful winter we are having. Thanks, Pat, for all your help. I still came out paying less for the lease than I was paying for the 2009 KIA Sorento. More
