I tend to be a bit thrifty, so the lure of the Hybrids, with their high MPG was appealing. Spyros was very helpful and patient working to determine the combinations of features that best fit my needs. During the process, when they were checking my old CR-V for a trade in, it went into cardiac arrest, when a compressor froze and threw a serpentine belt. While we did find a hybrid to fit my needs and Spyros worked hard to get the best deal, I also realized that the CR-V was still fit my needs better than a hybrid. Working late Spyros was able to get a great deal on a new CR-V. The team went the extra mile and arranged a loaner to get me home. Thanks More

We took a while to decide which vehicle and test drove a couple different ones. Spyros was amazing!! He was always available for us and answered every single question we had. We was there for us every step of the way!! Pat and Mike were also fantastic to work with. They also took their time and went over every single for with us in detail. We have been in our new car for three weeks now and couldn't be happier!!! Another amazing aspect of Roush Honda in Westerville is the kids area and waiting room.
