Best Dealership in Ohio, maybe anywhere! I have tried other dealers in the past and I have always been disappointed UNTIL coming to Roush Honda Westerville, Ohio. The sales people at Roush are pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I purchased my first Honda, a Civic, in 2006 and my newest car a Honda HR-V LX 2018 this week. My entire local family also purchased their Honda vehicles from Roush Honda. The Service Department is the best ANYWHERE! I have been driving 63 years so I have experienced many other brands and Dealerships and none have come close to the service I have received at Roush. Thanks Gals & Guys. More

He took the extra time and effort to track down exactly what I was looking for in my next pilot. Otis exemplified exactly how car dealing should work and I am very pleased with my purchase and trade-in. If that isn't enough, Otis took the time to get all the financial paperwork ready so that when I arrived the next day everything was ready to sign! He also gave me a great tour of my new pilot explaining all of the features in detail. More
