Appointments, test drive, and delivery were all expertly and painlessly handled by Bill, who was able to answer all my questions and facilitate the deal while never feeling pushy. I was surprised to find that he even got the service department to perform a minor software upgrade during our delivery appointment. Purchase and paperwork were facilitated by Will Groves who made it easy to work through the pile of papers and even resolved a paperwork SNAFU I caused quickly despite it being their busiest day of the year. Was also pleased to see that Roush has a strong commitment to customer privacy. Hands down the best car purchase experience I have ever had. Roush's reputation as one of the best dealerships in town was certainly reinforced for me this week. I will happily and emphatically recommend them to friends and family in the future. More

The sales people at Roush are pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I purchased my first Honda, a Civic, in 2006 and my newest car a Honda HR-V LX 2018 this week. My entire local family also purchased their Honda vehicles from Roush Honda. The Service Department is the best ANYWHERE!
