Hey Cammeron and Steve you said share my story - here it is! I ❤️ HRV But this is what happened.... My first visit, was HORRIBLE, it sucked. Sales folks walking by me, ignored me, clearly didn’ is! I ❤️ HRV But this is what happened.... My first visit, was HORRIBLE, it sucked. Sales folks walking by me, ignored me, clearly didn’t see that I was there to make a deal , nonetheless I was by appointment. 30 minutes later I chose to walked away from Roush though I called management. and spoke to Steve K, Needless to say Steve got a verbal “ smack down” I ended up with no car and unhappy . As weeks passed I couldn’t stop thinking about something Steve said “give Roush a chance, that’s NOT how we business ; it’s not mission statement or who they are OR who the company is either. I know this this to be a fact about Roush family. which is why I came to Roush Honda. Truth is I make mistakes - WE ALL make mistakes and ALL deserve Grace and second chances. That said, I made a quick call to Steve “ Hey , it’s Sandi, still wanna do business, without hesitation he said OF COURSE absolutely and thank you for the opportunity and I have just the person- Needless to say , he was spot on!!! Cammeron by far and hands down is nothing short of Awesomeness! Just amazing the connection we had , family and friends and much more- As for Steve, well I think we’ve mended all that needs to be healed. We’re going to be business friends for a long time and I’m going to keep coming back. These two young men have made this transition nothing short of the best experience of spending my money pleasurable. 😊. Without a doubt this is how a deal should be, a hand shake ( fist bump) good word of honor and integrity. You both have made this “old woman “, extremely happy and I cannot thank you enough. God Bless you both. Sandi P.S. just stopped by this morning to see how my friends at Honda are doing and took little treats in way Hot Krispy Kreme’s. BEST SERVICE EVER! I've thought about trading in my Accord for almost a year. Thought about Honda's, Subaru's, Toyota's, even Kia's. But I trusted Roush Honda's servic I've thought about trading in my Accord for almost a year. Thought about Honda's, Subaru's, Toyota's, even Kia's. But I trusted Roush Honda's service dept. so much, I had to get another Honda. Spyros was fabulous and walked me through the lease vs. buying process. Linda was great (and funny, too). And, everyone there was so kind and welcoming. I will be hard pressed to leave Roush Honda. More

Exceeding Expectations Honda owners can be sentimental about their car, but after 15 year and 228K miles it was time to let go and retire my CR-V. I tend to be a bit thrifty Honda owners can be sentimental about their car, but after 15 year and 228K miles it was time to let go and retire my CR-V. I tend to be a bit thrifty, so the lure of the Hybrids, with their high MPG was appealing. Spyros was very helpful and patient working to determine the combinations of features that best fit my needs. During the process, when they were checking my old CR-V for a trade in, it went into cardiac arrest, when a compressor froze and threw a serpentine belt. While we did find a hybrid to fit my needs and Spyros worked hard to get the best deal, I also realized that the CR-V was still fit my needs better than a hybrid. Working late Spyros was able to get a great deal on a new CR-V. The team went the extra mile and arranged a loaner to get me home. Thanks More
