Just came in to look We are long time customers of Toyota, however, our last experience with the company was a nightmare and we swore we would never purchase from here aga We are long time customers of Toyota, however, our last experience with the company was a nightmare and we swore we would never purchase from here again. We were pricing and ended up driving into the lot to look at the new Rav4's. Along came Pat Hayes - we were on guard to say the least. By the end of the experience, we had purchased a new Camry with Pat and Courtney - the experience was so different then what we were expecting. Pat was amazing, Courtney was amazing and not once did we feel pressured or that we had to make a decision that we weren't comfortable with. This experience has renewed our faith in the dealership and when the time comes to trade again (this was our 6th in 4 years), we will come back! More
