We can't say enough good things about our experience purchasing a new Ridgeline from Valley Honda. We were introduced to Pat Malik when he responded quickly and professionally to our inquiry about a un purchasing a new Ridgeline from Valley Honda. We were introduced to Pat Malik when he responded quickly and professionally to our inquiry about a unit we saw online. With few exceptions, prices at nearly every other dealer turned out to be HIGHER than advertised due to overpriced dealer add-ons like paint protection, theft deterrent, etc. They don't disclose these extras until you make that initial contact. Some dealers will discount these or remove them completely (if they can), but not without haggling that leaves someone unhappy. Valley's price was not only LOWER than what we initially saw on their website, but Pat assured us it's not their policy to install add-ons unless customers want them. Shut the front door!!! The quoted price was in line with research we had done on CarEdge, so we reserved an inbound unit. A few weeks later Pat called to say our Ridgeline was on site and ready to take home. We live 2+ hours away in Wisconsin, so we made the trip down on a Saturday morning. This was the only time we visited their store. It was clean and buzzing with activity. We were there a few hours, which included completing some paperwork with Pat, inspecting our new ride, and completing more paperwork in the F&I office. There were periods of waiting in between, but nothing unreasonable, especially for a Saturday which happened to be the last day of the month and the last day of a sales quarter. With all of the paperwork out of the way, Pat walked us through many of the features on our new truck. He's very knowledgeable about Honda's products. Pat was very personable during the entire buying process, finding ways to connect with us as humans, not just as customers. We would not hesitate one bit to work with him again and we have already recommended him to others. More
