Narlene went above and beyond to show us all the cars that best fit our needs, were within our budget and that I just thought were “pretty”. Once we made our decision, she and Pat, the finance manager, gave us the best deal possible and made completing the finance steps extremely easy. We were in a hurry to get a car to get away for a few days. We reached out to Ryan at prestige as one of the stops on our hunt for an XC60. He let us know that, unfortunately, the year we were looking days. We reached out to Ryan at prestige as one of the stops on our hunt for an XC60. He let us know that, unfortunately, the year we were looking for have had a recall. However, he placed us in a gorgeous XC90 Which was the next generation, fully loaded, and in the same price range. A couple of days after our first call, we drove home with our car. The level of professionalism of Ryan and team was exceptional – including their diligence with COVID related preparations. The entire staff was extremely welcoming – thanks, again, Tina for entertaining our five-year-old! And thanks to Pat for all of your help with the financing and warranty. I will definitely head back to Ryan in prestige for my next available and will strongly recommend them to my friends, as well. More

Hands down the best dealership and sales team in the northeast. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with warmth and a gracious smile from Lindsey, the sales manager, who connected me wit northeast. The whole experience from test driving a couple different XC40’s to signing the contract was more than just something to ”get through” — it was completely anxiety free and actually fun!! Who leaves a car dealership a little sad that you won’t be seeing these people again until perhaps your next oil change! If you are looking for a wonderful car buying experience, you should check out Prestige Volvo in East Hanover and work with Ronnie and Pat. I had initially called about the CPO 2020 XC60 from their website a you should check out Prestige Volvo in East Hanover and work with Ronnie and Pat. I had initially called about the CPO 2020 XC60 from their website and Ronnie was able to give me the full rundown on the car, from where it was being shipped from, prior ownership, mileage, and rating to when it would be available for a test drive. We had kept in touch every day for an entire week until he got the final ETA from the transporter of when the car would finally arrive at the dealership. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership this past Friday, everyone was so warm and welcoming. We were offered coffee and bottles of water while we waited for the test drive. After deciding to take our new baby home, Ronni had us sit down with Pat to run through the financing portion who was not only very detailed and professional but also hilarious! A big thanks to Ronni and Pat who made this customer experience an unforgettable one! More
