I purchased this car site unseen and flew in to pick it up. I asked for several detailed items to be addressed through the internet sales rep (Dane), who was very helpful. Some items such as wheel rash were addressed, but a scratch on the hood and a printed battery report were not addressed. The used car sales manager handled my transaction and seemed very disinterested in accommodating this sale even though I paid close to full retail price. I followed up again with the service department when I returned home to see if they had a copy of the battery report, but was told they would have the sales manager return my call. I never received a follow up of any kind. We bought a 2024 Cadillac Lyric and the car itself is fantastic. Unfortunately the level of service was not that of what I would expect from a Cadillac dealer. More
