Wonderful experience. No pressure and very friendly sales force. My wife had already completed her research and wished to purchase a QX70. When I arrived at the dealership I was meet by Nick Lagges, Sale force. My wife had already completed her research and wished to purchase a QX70. When I arrived at the dealership I was meet by Nick Lagges, Sales Manager, outside. He took the time to listen and showed me a few QX vehicles. Non where QX70's. Nick explained the QX70 might be hard to find. He introduced me to Patrick Herrero, Sales and Leasing Consultant, Patrick became my primary contact. Patrick stated that QX70's might be hard to find but not impossible. My fortune changed the next day when Patrick informed me that a 2013 fx37 was being traded. I setup to inspect the next day. FX37 renamed QX70 2014 - 2017. Timing is everything. We ended up purchasing this vehicle. I had the pleasure to address repair service contract pricing with Jessica Stern. Jessica's no pressure approached allowed me time to make my decisions. During the end of the process I meet Chris Saraceno, VP - Partner, Chris's very warm welcome along with his business card advising to call him anytime to discuss any concerns. This story is long and you are reading the short version. I highly recommended anyone to look at the Infiniti lineup at Infiniti of Melbourne. Their no hassle and no pressure approach is a joy to experience. Being treated as a person and not the next dollar is a great approach. More

NEVER DEAL WITH INFINITI OF MELBOURNE!!! If you have to lie to sell a car, then get another job! The dealership does not return calls forcing to drive there. Promises need to be written down because they have a short memory and the salesman I dealt with, Patrick Herrero is a xxxxxxxx! This man lies to you face! Take the time to drive a little farther. Infinity of Melbourne is bad news! We spent 20K on a used car and the first thing we found out the day after the purchase was that the tires were over nine years old. The list went south from there, wobble in the wheels, rat nest under the hood, etc. they claim that they do 150 point inspection... really? How did you miss the rat nest and the nine year old tires? More

Very impressed with this dealership I recently purchased a 2015 q-50 from infinity of Melbourne, I could not be happier with this transaction. I have purchased over 30 vehicles in my li I recently purchased a 2015 q-50 from infinity of Melbourne, I could not be happier with this transaction. I have purchased over 30 vehicles in my life from many dealers and I would have to rate my experience with this dealership as number one, Yes number one! I always do my research and I know exactly what vehicle I want and how much I am willing to pay for it. I was inquiring about a used q-50 and was going to make the trip, about 75 miles from me. The vehicle I was interested in sold before I could get there but my salesman Patrick called and advised me of this before I made the drive. They had a similar car, one year newer with a few more miles than the one I was interested in but .I also had located the same year car at a dealership approximately a 3 hour drive from me for about $3000..00 less than their price. I was only doing a courtesy drive by as they were in the same direction I was going and I did not think they could make the numbers work! After a few hours of negotiations and a good trade in value on my car the deal was done. They also provided the financing and the payment came in lower than the number I told them I had to be at, I highly recommend Patrick and manager Tim Kelly for their professionalism and the ability to make a deal work that I did not think was possible..
