Honestly one of the best car buying experiences ever! We started out at Infiniti’s sister lot (with excellence service), saw a car online that took us over to the Infiniti lot, and we were taken care of fro started out at Infiniti’s sister lot (with excellence service), saw a car online that took us over to the Infiniti lot, and we were taken care of from the moment we stepped foot on the lot! I think we probably worked with at least 5 or 6 different people (Tim, Andre, Chris, Jenn, Patrick , Frank, Nick )within the dealership and everyone was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and genuine! It was a wonderful experience and we will absolutely drive from West Palm Beach again to go back! More

Amazing car buying experience I purchased a vehicle a couple of weeks ago from Infiniti of Melbourne and had the most amazing car buying experience. When first walking onto the lot I purchased a vehicle a couple of weeks ago from Infiniti of Melbourne and had the most amazing car buying experience. When first walking onto the lot I was approached by Chris Saraceno and he asked if I was looking for anything specific so I informed him that I was there to see a specific car and he told me that he'd be happy to check on that car for me and gave me some space to look around.. while he was inside checking on that specific car for me I came across a Q50 that I absolutely fell in love with. By the time he walked back I already knew I had my mind set on that Q50 and was not even thinking about the other car that I had originally gone there to see. I let him know that this was the car I wanted and he did everything in his power to work with me and make the car buying experience amazing for me. He was kind, considerate, very knowledgable and extremely patient with me. Every other car dealership I had gone to made me feel unimportant but Chris made me feel valued. He was extremely genuine and took his time explaining everything to me and going through each step of the process slowly and precisely. Tim Kelley also took the time out to give me plenty of information on the car and was extremely knowledgable and kind as well. I would 100% recommend shopping at Infiniti of Melbourne. Big thanks to Chris for being such an amazing car salesman. More

Great Buying Experience As soon as I came in, the staff was very helpful and got to meet with the owner and general manager. Both of whom were very helpful alongside Patrick.
