FULL SERVICE My wife and I leased our latest Mercedes about 8 months ago. We live in Nirthern Virginia, so needless to say it is not a convenient drive for us. My wife and I leased our latest Mercedes about 8 months ago. We live in Nirthern Virginia, so needless to say it is not a convenient drive for us. The staff is very straight forward and professional. Initially after we decided to purchase from this dealer! We had no intentions of servicing the vehicle in Owings Mills because of the distance. Those thoughts quickly changed as a Rob and his team choreographed a fair, seamless and drama free sales transaction. With that being said combined with the fact that oil changes are on every 10k miles we decided to go back to Owings Mills for service. Just as smooth as the sales process went, the service went off without a hit. Patricia took great care of the car. While we waited, we nwt over to the sales side to see Rob. He treated us like a long lost friend and made sure our short visit. Living in Virginia, we are not too familiar with the Baltimore area my wife tasked Rob with picking a lunch spot and a fun detour spot before we headed back to VA. He hit it out of the park with the suggestions of lunch a The Linwood and an Antique warehouse that is run by a nonprofit. It is truly difficult to get this caliber of service at some of the worlds best hotels, let alone a car dealership. Full service with a smile. Thank you Patricia and Rob. See you in 9654 miles. More

Laverne provides you a beaming smile and charitable guidance to extricate you from your annoying distractions, helping you consider the alternatives of whether you're headed to work or the Catoctin mountains (mini-road trip). So far, if she checks my navigation tracking, she has not admonished my choice... So, while I certainly believe most of your clients are happy with their consultants, I enjoy Patricia & Laverne immensely... More
