Everyone at Prestige has been helpful and professional. Deborah was the most knowledgeable salesperson on our used car search in the tri-state area. They owed us one fix-it on our XC90 and Lindsey was prompt in her replies and helpful on the phone. The work done was excellent and when the parts desk didn't have enough headphones in stock Patricia kindly threw in a used pair that she had found in the back for our third child. More

Prestige is a wonderful dealer. I have been positive with that since I purchased my Volvo there. When it came to my first car service, I called Jay and he even clearly remembered me. No need to mentio with that since I purchased my Volvo there. When it came to my first car service, I called Jay and he even clearly remembered me. No need to mention the greetings from Jay, Bob, and Patricia were very warm. No need to mention how convenient to file the document because Bob was super fast and professional with it. I even didn't have to go back to my car to check the mileage because Jay already handled everything. When I signed my name and walked out the door, Joe already were waiting outside to send me back home...What else can I say? I love this whole team! That's why I am so confident to recommend Prestige to my friends. My friends didn't just take my words, they went there and experienced it by themselves and as far as I know they already drove one XC90 and two XC60 T6 away, ha-ha~~ More

The service and overall experience I receive at Prestige Volvo has always be great whether it be for a repair or just routine maintenance. It is one of the reasons we bought a new 2012 XC90 for me to drive Volvo has always be great whether it be for a repair or just routine maintenance. Worked with me to schedule appoinment that worked for me. Arranged a "loaner car". Was called promptly when car was finished so that I was able to pick-up my car and get back to work. since the time i came in the door Patricia was great ,courteous and always made herself accessible to my needs. Andy was great also he took time to explain my car repairs service to me, after the work i ,courteous and always made herself accessible to my needs.
