The service when you’re buying a vehicle from Beaver is immaculate, but once you become a customer, it’s like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I bought my VW Atlas from Beaver 13 months ago with about 24,000 mi immaculate, but once you become a customer, it’s like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I bought my VW Atlas from Beaver 13 months ago with about 24,000 miles on it. Fast forward to today—my car has just 31,000 miles. Recently, a warning light came on indicating my coolant was low, so I scheduled an appointment to have it checked. My wife took the car in on Thursday, March 12th, for a 10:30 AM appointment, expecting a quick fix. Instead, she didn’t leave the dealership until after 5:30 PM! After hours of diagnostics, they found a leak but had three technicians working on the car who couldn’t pinpoint the source. They took apart the thermostat and various components before finally locating the issue—eight hours later. Meanwhile, my wife was left sitting there the entire workday. Employees took their lunch breaks, yet no one offered her so much as a bottle of water, let alone a loaner vehicle so she could go about her day. Still, we tried to be patient, assuming at least that our 100,000-mile “bumper-to-bumper” warranty would cover the repair. The parts were ordered, and while frustrating, we were relieved that this nightmare would be over by Friday. Then, Friday afternoon, I got a call from Bryan in the service department. He said, “Mr. Boyd, the insurance company is considering this issue wear and tear, and they won’t be covering it. It’s going to cost you $2,000.” Excuse me? When I bought my car, I was explicitly told that everything—from bumper to bumper—would be covered up to 100,000 miles. In fact, the sales rep even joked, “If you spill coffee on your radio, it’ll be covered.” That sure sounds like wear and tear to me! Now, the very first time I bring in my certified pre-owned vehicle for service, Beaver is telling me my warranty is useless? To add insult to injury, we were told on Thursday that the parts had been ordered and the car should be ready by Friday. Then on Friday, Bryan told me they were ordering the parts that day and the car should be ready by Saturday afternoon. By 10 AM Saturday, I hadn’t received any update, so I reached out twice—no answer. I left a message and finally got a call back nearly at 1 PM, only to be told they didn’t have the part yet and the car wouldn’t be ready until Monday. Why was this part not ordered on Thursday while my wife was sitting in purgatory all day? This is a blatant scam. Beaver’s sales team misrepresented the insurance package they pushed on me, and their customer service is nonexistent once you sign the papers. When I asked why they left my wife stranded for eight hours without offering a loaner vehicle, Bryan’s response was essentially, “Well, we had people working on your car for eight hours.” As if that justifies the situation? So not only am I being asked to pay $2,000 for a repair that should be covered, but I’m also supposed to accept terrible service in the process? At this point, I am seriously contemplating trading in this car altogether due to my complete lack of trust in Beaver’s integrity and reliability. Who knows what else they misdiagnosed or intentionally withheld from me? I refuse to wait until the next issue arises just to be blindsided again. I’ll never buy another vehicle from Beaver. I’ll be removing their decal from my car, and if anyone ever asks for my opinion on their service, my answer will be simple: “What service?” More

I am living very close to this dealer ship. I had been used this dealer to maintain my three Toyota car for years. However their service has became worse and worse now. I did only engine OIL change two days ago on 8/7/2024. On that day, I arrived at 7:30AM, the service was finished around 8:00AM. But I didn't receive any call from the agent and I walked out to found my car on the parking lot at 8:30AM and I went to the engineer and the guy told me it finished at 8:00AM. then I went back to the agent. She had been talking with her customer in Spanish so I didn't know what they were talking about. and I stranded to wait for 30 minutes and then I asked to do me a favor to check it. but she still asked me to wait and then I waited for another 30 minutes and asked her again. She still asked me to wait and then I told her I already waited here for one hour and then I gave her my phone number and asked her to call me for the final payment. now she immediately pulled me in and made a payment in 2 minutes. So horrible. But the bad story is not over yet. when I droved the car to home, I found the passenger rear wheel cover was gone and I drove the car back to the dealer after 5:00PM. another agent helped me to view the images before they did service and we did found the wheel cover was in place. But they said I didn't carefully check the car when I took my car and they didn't took any responsibility for the part missing. One day after, I replace my engine air filter, I saw the engine are filter cover was not put in place at all and the two screws, which tighten the cover, are totally gone. from their video, they did engine air filter check during the engine oil change. and now I don't know where I can find/but the two screws to tighten cover. And ..... I found three plastic pieces inside my car, which comes from somewhere of the car, I don't know where to put them back....... Please be very cautious to serve your car in this dealer. I will consider to use the service from someone else and my next car will be definitely not TOYOTA More

Have spray in bedliner that is flaking off from 2019 tundra that was purchased new. Beaver had me send some photos in to see what if anything would be covered and Beaver said there is nothing they can d tundra that was purchased new. Beaver had me send some photos in to see what if anything would be covered and Beaver said there is nothing they can do about it. Asked for name of 3rd party that installed the bedliner for beaver and they said sounds like a material defect (now I am curious if Beaver actually contacted the 3rd party installer). The vehicle was supposed to have lifetime oil changes at the dealership, but they charged us for this for a bit until my wife called them out on this. They gave us a credit for what we had previously been charged, but shouldn’t have happened in the 1st place. More

Having decades of buying vehicles behind us, my husband and I experienced a first! Purchasing a vehicle from Beaver Toyota has been the first time we experienced integrity in action at a car dealership. and I experienced a first! Purchasing a vehicle from Beaver Toyota has been the first time we experienced integrity in action at a car dealership. Every single employee we encountered was helpful, informative, respectful, and direct. We found no hidden costs, no deceptive business practices (trust me - we were looking), and no attempt to pressure us into financing for increased profit. On one of their business cards it says “We’re here to WOW ya!” And, for the FIRST time ever buying a new vehicle, we were wowed! High praise to Beaver Toyota for working at bringing the word “integrity” back into the car industry! Oh yes, we LOVE our new 2024 Toyota Highlander XLE, wind chill pearl; a beautiful vehicle, and a pleasure to drive. More

They don’t tell you that the tires on the new cars are only rated for 12,000 miles when the same exact tires on their website say 50,000 miles. My spoiler came off a week after I got the car and they scra only rated for 12,000 miles when the same exact tires on their website say 50,000 miles. Very friendly and accommodating service team, but my car did get lost in the shuffle a bit and I had to seek out an update after 2 hrs despite being told it would be an hour and 30 in all likelihood.
