I chose a Toyota Camry for its reliability and safety rating and purchased it from Del because they offered a good price and had the best customer service of the dealerships in my area. Nikki was fantastic about answering my questions and providing info on trim levels. Once I decided on a car, Del made arrangements for the salesman to pick me up at home a few miles away as my current car (a 2008 Prius) was not operational. Ben Gomez was the salesman who I worked with...he came over in the exact car I would be buying so I could drive it, get a better feel for it and ask questions. That was a very nice gesture. Ben was great about explaining the process and worked everything out so I could walk out the door with the car. Jim helped with the finance aspect -I paid cash but he SJSU went over the registration/tags/etc process. Angel helped with the overview at the end and explained many of the cool features of this car and helped me get my phone synced and apps installed so I could use the turn by turn system. I would highly recommend this dealership! They are the most professional of the three Toyota dealerships I’ve worked with over the past couple of years. More

My experience in this vehicle purchase was by far the easiest. As usual I had done quite a bit of research before I chose this dealer and their reputation both from friends and online reviews encouraged me to give them the opportunity. I went in knowing from a friend of mine in the business what would be a very good offer for my vehicle as well as what I should pay for the one I was looking at. I met with Chip and to my surprise, their first offer met both requirements. I arrived at noon and by 3 was on my way back to my office with my new Tundra. My time is very valuable to me. Thanks Del for not wasting it with a lot of uncomfortable high pressure sales nonsense.. You were fair and to the point. Excellent job. More

My wife and I drove about 110 miles to learn that my fantastic price quote was ‘real’. Not only the price was great, but our sales and overall customer service experiences were very pleasant and professional. I did not feel any pressure. Also, I requested a couple of add on items be installed and these were completed ahead of time. Lastly, our delivery experience was great!! We took ownership and our Delivery Service Technician displayed exceptional patience in describing and explaining all the technology options found in my truck!! The was a team effort and resulted in a ‘job well-done’. When I need another new vehicle I know where I am going: Del Toyota. Thank You!! More
