I purchased a 2018 Limited Highlander from Nick Abbatista who was friendly, attentive, and prompt in responding to all of my questions and needs. (And let me just say I ask A LOT of questions and I am EXTREMELY detail-oriented. —In fact they probably deserve recognition or some type of award just for all the patience they exercised in answering my hundreds of questions! Especially with regard to finance rates, etc.) Overall, this is my 5th Toyota purchase and my 4th Highlander. I purchased a new Highlander as an anniversary gift for my husband. We live just over an hour away from DelToyota so all communications took place via text, email, and telephone to keep the secret and to eliminate the need for multiple trips to the dealership. Nick and Patrick went above and beyond to get the precise interior and exterior I wanted and had all the details worked out so that when I arrived to take delivery, Nick met me right outside of the building entrance, we walked around the vehicle, and then I waited less than 10 minutes to meet with Ken in finance to sign paperwork and hand over payment for the vehicle. I was in and out, leaving with my husband’s surprise gift in less than and hour. (Maybe even closer to 30 minutes.) That’s the smoothest, quickest transaction I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle! Misleading sale, shoddy service, no refund When we recently purchased our Highlander we opted for the convenience of the remote start feature; it was high-priced at $500, but we thought it was When we recently purchased our Highlander we opted for the convenience of the remote start feature; it was high-priced at $500, but we thought it was worth it for a Toyota product (we were not told that it wasn't an OEM product). We immediately began experiencing problems with it, as the vehicle would start even with our fobs back home in a drawer. Worse yet, when that happened we were unable to unlock the vehicle to get back in to turn it off or return home. The inconvenience far outweighed the convenience of the remote start. On multiple occasions we informed DelToyota of the problem via phone and email before they finally grudgingly agreed to remove the remote start and reimburse us. It has been over 2 weeks since the work was done and we still have not received our refund! NOTE: In the interest of fair play I phoned DelToyota in an attempt to resolve the issue before submitting this review. I was told that our salesman Rizk was not available and was transferred to Manager Patrick Donlon. Mr. Donlon said he would look into it and get back to me. It's been over an hour and still no call back... (DelToyota standard operating procedure--they will happily sell you a car and then they are done.) More

They informed me of my options but didn't give me a 'hard sell' which I appreciated. Monica was informative and efficient and couldn't have been nicer. Pat was responsive and nice and quickly provide the information needed and Jim took me through the paperwork with clear efficiency and I felt completely informed throughout the process. I was then introduced to Brittany and she took me through the features of the car one last time including syncing up my iPhone to the Bluetooth. She answered my questions and I was on my way! I will definitely buy other cars from them in the future! More
