The dealership took care of every detail from being able to provide us with a better financing option than we came in with, to getting us new DMV registration and tags when we drove away with the car, to filling up the gas tank and having the car cleaned. Frenchie went over all the features of the vehicle and even synced my phone to the car, he doubled checked that all of our belongings was transferred into the new vehicle from our trade in. Our comfort was constantly checked on by offers of water and coffee. It was such a pleasure to do business with the dealership and would gladly refer family and friends to them. I have never received such quality service from a dealership before. More

My salesman, Patrick "Frenchy" Antar was the best. I didn't get the normal anxiety associated with a car purchase at all. He did everything perfect and after the purchase I found a dent in the front end. I was 600 miles out of town, sent an email and was called immediately. I was reassured it would be fixed the right way and the day I took it in to be looked at they sent me away in a loaner and had my baby in the back being repaired and painted. You don't get that just anywhere. John Gaskins in service was amazing my putting my car in immediately and setting the example for what customer service looks like. He is an absolute professional and lets you see what buying a luxury vehicle gets you. Thomas Cahoon, the general sales manager was also a consummate professional. Anything Patrick needed to get the sale done, he didn't hesitate and actually spent time talking to me and not just treating me as another source of income. As Patrick stated from the beginning of this process, his job as my salesman didn't end with the sale but it only began. He is living up to it and I do look forward to buying my next Lexus from him. Second Excellent Purchasing Experience When we decided to replace our SUV, we immediately called Patrick at Charles Barker Lexus in Newport News, since he gave us such great service two yea When we decided to replace our SUV, we immediately called Patrick at Charles Barker Lexus in Newport News, since he gave us such great service two years ago when we purchased a Lexus sedan. We told him the type of vehicle we were looking for and he immediately began his search for an ideal car. Later that day he called and told us about a 2016 Toyota RAV 4 Limited that only had 14,000 miles and was in "like new" condition. We made an appointment to see the car the next day. Patrick had the car waiting for us out front so that we could take a test drive. He took time to describe to us all the details of the equipment on the car and the technology behind each feature. After the test drive, Patrick showed us the car history from Carfax and offered us the car at a very fair price.. We decided to purchase the vehicle and within two hours, Patrick and the staff, had us ready to drive home. Patrick even put a red bow on top of the car and took our photo with the car. Even with a couple of hurdles from my lender, Patrick and Thomas were quick to respond and very accommodating. We were able to get everything nailed down, booked a flight for the next morning, Patrick even picked me up at the airport. Finalized the purchase with Tony and Jane checked me out.
