Approximately 6 months ago we visited the Lexus showroom in Newport News VA while our oil was being changed in our 2013 Lexus RX-350. We were not currently in the market but the salesman, Frenchy, kept in contact with us and finally closed the deal with the arrival of the new 2018 RX-350L. The attribute I appreciated most was his superior knowledge of the Lexus and no pressure. Can’t say enough about his no pressure and positive results. I will return because of his professionalism. More

Excellent experience in all respects. We went to the dealership to look at a specific Avalon found on line. There we a couple of things we weren't satisfied with based on a test drive and We went to the dealership to look at a specific Avalon found on line. There we a couple of things we weren't satisfied with based on a test drive and Patrick immediately took steps to see if they could be corrected to our satisfaction. With no pressure at all, he asked if we wanted to look at other options while we waited so we looked at a couple of Lexus ES 350s. Patrick was very knowledgable, accommodating, and not pushy at all. In the end we bought a Lexus. His followup actions have been thorough and expeditious. Likewise, Tony Rutherford was easy going and amiable and made the financial paperwork side of the experience as tolerable as possible. I do not like the normal process of buying a car but was very impressed with our experience at Charles Barker Lexus Newport News. More
