He respectfully and professionally listened to what I said about what I would do and what I would not do. Mr. Antar applied honest and ethical principles during the negotiation process. I traded a 2016 Mercedes Metris Passenger Van and after several expected rounds, I received a mutually agreed upon fair trade in. Plus, I was given a purchasing courtesy that allowed me to complete the trade in and delivery process and finalize the payment in full within a reasonable time. Finally, Mr. Antar provided me with a tutorial of the many features of the vehicle based upon my learning curve and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of those features as he enthusiastically explained the many complexities of the vehicle I purchased.
