BUYER BEWARE, this is one of the most shady car dealerships around... My husband purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. They provided falsified service paperwork, claiming tires and brakes dealerships around... My husband purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. They provided falsified service paperwork, claiming tires and brakes had been replaced by them and when we proved them wrong they said oh sorry, we will do the work now. Within a couple weeks of purchasing the car, the check engine light came on and after service, came on again. The dealership offered to take the car back and put him in a different car, BUT for over $5,000 less than he had paid for the car and would not budge, claiming they cannot afford to give us what we had paid for the car! Steer clear of this dealership if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. You will end up also needing to hire an attorney! More

From the time I arrived everyone was very welcoming from the receptionist, salesman Jorges, very patient and knowledgeable about questions pertaining various vehicles, financial adviser and warranty gentle the receptionist, salesman Jorges, very patient and knowledgeable about questions pertaining various vehicles, financial adviser and warranty gentleman went above and beyond to make the experience great, even the owner himself very personable., one could not feel more comfortable and welcome, was a very pleasurable experience and highly would recommend this dealership and it's top notch staff, truly excellent!!! More

I recently went to Infiniti of Englewood to buy out my current lease and I must say that the experience was not what I expected. On 11/18/2022 I walked into the dealership with high expectation of have a current lease and I must say that the experience was not what I expected. On 11/18/2022 I walked into the dealership with high expectation of have a smooth process of buying of my lease which I thought it was completed when I walked out the dealership. Came out to be that the dealer did not pay off my car on time which put a late payment on my father, and I credit report , keep in mind I wasn’t aware of this matter until I received a letter at home. I bought this matter to their attention where they guide me to speak with Patrick who I was told that he would oversee the issue, but he didn’t. Pass along the issue they send this case to Jason Kim who was only helpful at the beginning but stated he was not in charged of taking care of the satiation and walked away keep in mind this is all face to face at the dealership. I finally then contacted the General manager Chris Ong where I had to sit and reexplained the situation. His reaction was very careless and bothered. He informed me that he will send a letter to Nissan taking fault for the late payment . He also stated he will send the latter via email and copy me on the email, but he never did. I had to send the letter myself due to their negligence. Along with this matter I also wanted to purchase an extended warranty on my vehicle, but they were trying to double up the price to make more money not knowing I come from the car industry. On 1/19/2023 I was called in to pick up my new plates. As I waited over 15 minutes to have my plates install, they informed me that no one was available to put the plates which guide me to no other choice then to install them myself. The customer service level at this dealership is extremely poor and unprofessional. This place is not trustworthy or reliable. I do not recommend anyone to purchase any vehicle at this location. More
