Service center did a very poor job of communicating back, I had call them several times, they never oncecalled me back in all 3 days, not even with a quote. It was just text to me. They kept my car in shop I had call them several times, they never oncecalled me back in all 3 days, not even with a quote. It was just text to me. They kept my car in shop for 3 days for a simple state inspection emissions test. Very unhappy with Service front desk person. More

The driver’s side carpet and door area were soiled when I picked up the car. There was no protective paper floor mats. It was a rainy day. The young lady and gentleman at the service desk sent the car ba picked up the car. There was no protective paper floor mats. It was a rainy day. Brought it in for inspection and was told it couldn’t be done due to engine light issue. They fixed and Had to reschedule the appt. My car was there for almost 2 weeks and I never received a call with an update - I always had to call myself to ask for an update. Many times, my service advisor was unavailable and I was told I’d get a ret a call with an update - I always had to call myself to ask for an update. Many times, my service advisor was unavailable and I was told I’d get a return call and I never did. When I dropped my car off, it was hardly running. After 2 weeks, they told me they found no issues with it, that it was running fine. I picked it up in the same condition as when I dropped it off. I took it to another Nissan dealership a few days later and they found many issues and quickly fixed the problems. I would not return to this location. More
