Dealership failed to Disclose vehicle damage Dealership failed to disclose that the vehicle I purchased was damaged and had shoddy body work done to it. The vehicle was a fairly new Toyota Tundra Dealership failed to disclose that the vehicle I purchased was damaged and had shoddy body work done to it. The vehicle was a fairly new Toyota Tundra with under 5000 miles. I should have known something was suspicious, because another vehicle same year and model had more miles, but cost almost a $1,000more than the vehicle I purchased. When I ask the salesman why was the same vehicle with more miles were more expensive. He told me that the vehicle I purchased was there longer and they needed to move inventory. If he would have told me the truth I would have paid the extra money to purchase the other vehicle that was accident free. I am a Retired Veteran who drove 2 1/2 hours to get shammed. I passed at least 5 Toyota Dealerships to go to this dealership with that Presidential Award for 2 years straight. Don't let the awards fool you, be extra cautious just as you wood with the hole in the wall dealerships. More
