Often working with high end dealerships can feel like an exercise in social hierarchy politics (I own an Audi and have dealt with another such dealership with a different feel!), but not at PPVV. We found a gently used car online for our daughter. It was a trade-in that PPVV had on their lot. Despite the fact it was not a new car or even one of their carried brands, we were treated as valuable customers from the get-go. Ernie was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is kind, professional and knowledgeable with zero pressure or pretense. We live about an hour from the dealership, and they even delivered the car to our town when it was ready without additional cost! I would definitely purchase a vehicle from PPVV again in the future! More

They sent all the documents to me (no notary required) with a return envelope, and after a phone call to walk through my questions I was all set. They even handled finding a vendor to ship the car to me (the vendor was not good—many delays and no calls to check in with me—but I wouldn’t hold that against Paramount too much), and the whole deal unfolded in only a couple weeks. More
