That changed given my recent experience at Paramount VW I am very critical and skeptical of car dealerships based on my experiences through the year. That changed given my recent experience at Paramount VW with sales representative Patrick Lewis and his team was nothing short of 5-star. I have dealt with many dealers in many states over the years, but my recent purchase from Paramount VW was the best experience I have ever had. When I arrived for my appointment to test drive a Golf R the sales representative Patrick Lewis had the vehicle ready and waiting out front when I arrived on the lot. Patrick was very knowledgeable, he did not hassle me with a high pressure sales pitch, and he simply answered all my questions. I live in Boone, I had no intentions of making the purchase the day of the test drive and was actually headed to a doctor's appointment following my appointment at Paramount VW... Given my interaction with Patrick Lewis and how much I liked the vehicle, I explained that I had a doctor's appointment in two hours and would like to get a price on the vehicle I test drove and the trade in price on my current vehicle. They did not play games and gave me a very fair price on both my trade-in and the CPO Golf R, and I expected to circle back the next day or over the weekend to handle the purchase... Patrick Lewis, the finance manager Parker Grove, and the rest of their team dropped everything, went above and beyond the call of duty. They were able to not only complete all the paperwork, but had me back on the road in my new CPO Golf R so fast that I made it to my next appointment early. I didn't think it was possible. Update: A few days after I purchased the car I noticed part of the tire repair kit was missing from the trunk. They shipped the missing tire inflation canister to my home at no charge. The Paramount VW of Hickory Team are... how should I put this... THEY ROCK!!! More

Easiest car buying experience I found the vehicle I bought online. I put in my inquiry online after business hours. Patrick contacted me first thing when they opened the next day.
