Glad to have the advantage team close by, Great customer service from the showroom to the service department, we are on our second vehicle purchased and serviced by advantage and our excited about the 2026 service from the showroom to the service department, we are on our second vehicle purchased and serviced by advantage and our excited about the 2026 lineup as well. To start, my Grand Cherokee spent about 102 days in the service center, and I purchased it new.. Now for the positives: The service personnel, Kim and Zack, were excellent folks to deal with. I picked up the car several days ago and found that the Hybrid and electric motor systems weren't functioning—this was one of the big reasons I bought the car. After several days, they called and said it was ready, explaining that the problem was caused by bad fuel. And I would have to run it out, and the problem would go away. Now, with this "Bad Gas," I read that you put an extra load on the injectors and fuel system. After they had had the car for 102 days, why didn't they dump this fuel, considering it had been in the shop for that long, and they were part of the problem? I know that this wasn't under warranty so that they couldn't collect for it, but is it fair to stick the customer? Now for the front end of Advantage Dodge. Patrick was invaluable and tried to put me in another car. He went as far as to let me use it for the weekend. I liked it quite a bit, and we went through the pricing. I paid $47k and had it for around several weeks, as the rest of its life was spent at the service center because the value of mine was nearly 60% loss from when I had purchased it. Their offer was $6k more than I was willing to spend. Thank you, but it's time for me to move on. More
