However, all the employees at Bozard, from my salesman Patrick Robertson, to Tom Reinard and Jesse Scheff, everyone of them went above and beyond to ensure I walked away extremely satisfied. You also couldn't find better owners , or people for that matter, in Letti and Bo Bozard. I'd highly recommend this dealership to every person looking for a quality car with quality care service. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone. I leased an MKZ 9/14. Just purchased an MKS for my wife on her birthday, 4/28/15. Went in to look. Made the deal with trade in. They bent over backwards to detail and give me the car to bring home. Tanya Tomanek, Concierge, followed us home with a plant she had bought for my wife and photographed the event. From our sales person Dave Seikierski, to Tom Krell, Lincoln Ops Mgr and not to be left out, the people that prepped the car at 5:30 in the afternoon so this birthday surprise could be pulled off, my thanks and appreciation. The time we spent waiting to finalize and sign the necessary papers was extremely long, but it was probably due to the fact that it was a busy Saturday ((good for the economy and the dealership!)Shortly after our purchase, we found out from some friends that a hybrid was comparatively priced. Since we had mentioned a hybrid but did not pursue it because we did not want to go over our budget, we were surprised and disappointed that we were not apprised of this price factor.
