I took in my windows sticker of my 2011 F150 and said these are the minimum items I want on a new truck,and I left with a lower interest rate, lower payment, and more features on a new 2014 F150, hats off to to all Bozard staff. This is my second F150 at Bozard Ford. These gentleman listened to my needs and delivered more that I expected. The sales team asked what my absolutes were, something that certainly helped narrow selection down. With in a few minutes the sales team Jesse and Patrick had a vehicle that fit everything that was on my list plus some! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, personable, professional and courteous. Patrick goes above and beyond the norm in his approach to sales, which is delightful. In fact, everyone from Patrick, to Tom Krell, Tanya Tomanek and TJ Bernal, were just so exceptional in every aspect. We have never had such a smooth, pleasant and stress-free experience in all our years of buying cars! This dealership proves beyond a doubt that there really is a RIGHT way to provide sales and service to their customers. We live in St. Johns, FL and the distance to Bozard is an easy drive. We finally got around to coming down from Jacksonville to look. Mr.Robertson showed us some vehicles on the lot that might interest us but I finally decided to save some time and look for a Ford. The Ford Edge showed up on the computer inventory and we agreed that it would be nice to try. Mr. Robertson had extensive product knowledge and at no time used any pressure sales tactics. He worked us through the deal and gave us what we wanted for our trade. I had no idea my wife and I would leave with a car. This was THE ONLY car dealership that I have dealt with where I left there with a smile on my face!!! I will never use another dealership and I highly recommend Bozard for any vehicle needs. More

While looking for a new truck I visited several local dealerships and was met with the same pushy, no knowledge and non transparent service with all b While looking for a new truck I visited several local dealerships and was met with the same pushy, no knowledge and non transparent service with all but Bozard. Every other place lacked concern for what I was looking for. Patrick at Bozard didn't try to put me in a truck I didn't want. Other places completely ignoring what I was looking for went as far as to try to sell me a sedan when I came in looking for a heavy duty pick-up truck. I had no credit and Tom and Chris were still able to get me financed on a 10 year old truck with over 100,000 miles on it. I am heavily tattooed and some other dealerships pretty much treated me like i was in there just kicking tires, and others were incredibly overbearing and conveyed the typical greasy car salesman vibe. At Bozard I was treated with respect, and listened to and felt like they were truly working for me not their commission check. I plan on buying a newer truck in one year, and buying my wife and new truck as well, as vehicles for both my children a few years after that, and can assure you I will only be buying at Bozard. I have since recommended them to everyone I know and, will continue to do so. My father-in-law who is in the market for a new truck will be visiting there soon as well. Great service, friendly sales reps, and great prices. couldn't make up a better dealership. More
