I had a great experience with Patrick today while buying a 2017 Mazda CX-5. From scheduling a time to come in to getting on the road in the test drive, he was friendly, upfront and professional. He was informative about the vehicle and was able to provide all the information I requested. When it came time to purchase he explained all the details including extended warranty options. He was personable, talkative and I didn’t feel like I was being pressured into a sale, which I really appreciate. He respected my decision and made the entire process headache and hassle free.
