Patrick was absolutely polite, no high pressure sales tactics, no upsales, just matter a fact vehicle sales. Mike the finance person worked with me to get an interest rate 1.75 percentage LOWER than my o tactics, no upsales, just matter a fact vehicle sales. Mike the finance person worked with me to get an interest rate 1.75 percentage LOWER than my own credit union! The BMW 430 xi we purchased was priced at book value and was well worth the price. Patrick also came in on his day off to make our deal happen. We will absolutely be back when it comes time to buy another car. More
