Awesome Customer Service I saw their Subaru Legacy advertised on CarGurus, I emailed them and several other dealerships that were selling the same Legacy for information. Got I saw their Subaru Legacy advertised on CarGurus, I emailed them and several other dealerships that were selling the same Legacy for information. Got an answer from Patrick @Schoepp right away!! He called me and I wasn’t able to pick up (was in class), so he left me a text. I called him back, and he sent me a application link. After I applied, he asked me when I would be able to meet with him. I live two hours away. I am a full-time student and I work part time. I’m busy from 6am-6pm everyday. And work weekends all day long. Wednesday nights are my only nights off so I took the chance and drove to Madison (not knowing if I will get approved or not). (Btw I love how they are opened until 8pm!) When I arrived around 7pm, I was greeted at the door. Everyone is just so professional and kind! They were busy all day so I had a bit of a wait but hey what do you expect? Ended up leaving the dealership around 10 at night WITH MY NEW CAR. *super happy customer* also got a fairly good trade value from my damaged Nissan Sentra :) thanks Patrick for helping me get my new car & thanks for staying so late! Schoepp is the best! Donna helped me finance and gave me a break down of everything, she made sure I was comfortable ! Also went over warranty with me and all that stuff! 10/10! More

Bought two cars We bought two vehicles today and the sales people Patrick and Katlynn and the finance person Donna were all fantastic. Excellent and VERY FAST service!!! We’ve been searching around for a better vehicle that offered us space to fit our needs. We’ve been getting the run around for weeks. Yesterday I was looking online and decided to give them a try. I revived a phone call from Patrick within 5 minutes. We filled out an application last night was approved! Went in this morning and was shocked to be out of the dealership with a new vehicle within an hour and a half. Both Patrick and Donna the financing manager they were super fast, thorough and excellent customer service! We are so pleased with our overall experience!!! Thank You Patrick and Donna!
