I cannot tell you how very grateful I am for the experience I had with Patrick. I contacted the dealership because I drive by it every day and couldn't help but wonder "what if?" It was th experience I had with Patrick. I contacted the dealership because I drive by it every day and couldn't help but wonder "what if?" It was the best decision I could have made. I submitted an online application for the simple reason that my circumstances were/are more challenging than any sales person could imagine (well, in my mind they are)! At least by doing everything online, rejection is easier to swallow. Needless to say, when I actually received a call from Patrick, he presented me with the unexpected. In dealing with the reality that is mine, Patrick was sympathetic and understanding- but most importantly, he was HONEST! He never once made me feel that he was exploiting my situation, nor did he make me feel that I was any less of a customer than "the next guy". In fact, his genuine consideration and determination to offer me the best possible options were what made the purchase of my vehicle one of the most humbling and educational experiences of my life. I walked into the dealership not sure what to expect but left with pure jubilation and gratitude. Patrick not only took the time to explain the deal I was getting in great depth, but he was considerate of all of my questions, patient in addressing any of the concerns expressed, and tolerant of the fact that I brought a toddler! Thanks to Patrick, I have a car I never dreamed I'd own- It is safe, affordable, and perfect for my little family! I am proud to say it's mine. However, there is no greater feeling than knowing that for once my money is working for me, the way it should, and that Patrick has renewed a sense of confidence and self-worth that is invalueable to me. I can tell you that Patrick has a customer for life and I will be sure to pay forward his good-hearted intentions, not to mention, share my story with anyone and everyone I can. The very least I can do is say the world's most sincere thank you here... THANK YOU, Patrick! And may the blessing that is Schoepp Motors continue to thrive. More

My husband and I inquired about a vehicle and Patrick was very honest and actuallly pointed us towards a CHEAPER but newer model that just came in. We never felt any pressure which is very important to us when trying to stay on a budget and not make an impulsive decision. He was professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Patrick wasn't pushy, but it was clear that he was very professional after speaking with him for just a short time. We stopped at several dealerships on the way to Schoepp Motors and I was appalled at the inexperience, unprofessionalism and general lack of interest from other dealers and their sales agents. Once we arrived at Schoepp, it was clear after a short amount of time I could trust his judgement when buying a vehicle and for a family who only buys a slightly used vehicle every 8-10 year, this was extremely important to know and trust that we were getting the best vehicle for our money. As a marketing & sales professional myself, I understand the sales process and was very comfortable with the process at Schoepp Motors. The is the second time we've purchased a vehicle at Schoepp, and I'm sure we'll return again!! More
