Mark is THE most professional car salesman with whom I have ever worked. Mark is bright, articulate, extremely patient and knowledgeable about every Toyota Camry that I test drove with him in the passenger seat. Mark's approach is not a high pressure one and I immediately felt at ease. His calm demeanor made my car buying experience such a relaxed, informed and easy one. Mark is also well-equipped with the knowledge to answer the many questions I had about each car he demonstrated to me. I have already distributed Mark's business cards to several friends and colleagues, and continue to be a raving fan of Schoepp Motors WEST! Schoepp Motors has a wonderfull sales team. I had left request for info via internet and got contacted right away by multiple individuals. The facility they have is BEAUTIFUL! Patrick was the only sales man I have EVER talked to that I actually had a 30 minute conversation about life, family and our hobbies even before we talked cars ( or trucks in my case ). They had my vehicle inside and ready to look at out of the weather when I got there. Patrick was very infomrative and any question he could not answer he went immediately and got those answeres from the rest of the team who had that info and came right back with what I needed. I used to work on cars and trucks and I was a tough customer - not demanding but expected alot of the sales force due to my in depth questions and they made me VERY happy. I would have to say if they dont have the car I want, I would even ask them to look out for what I need and let me know when they find it if I had the time to make that choice. I would rather work with them than any other team I have EVER bought from, that is several new cars and several used as well. The owner was needed for some information I requested and was able to be contacted on a weekend to help resolve my issue and get me on the road. Thanks again, to them if the read this!
